As TIA's Director of Marketing & Communications, I am responsible for leading the association's strategic and tactical marketing efforts. Over 12 years’ experience in the association management and non-profit sector, working with a diverse range of industries including beverage alcohol, medical, electronic payments, and charitable. Manage multiple concurrent projects both on time and within budgetary constraints. Ability to effectively communicate with multiple constituencies across various platforms and mediums, including membership, boards of directors, members of Congress, federal regulators, and industry partners. Experienced at improving existing systems and practices, while also being able to think “outside-the-box” and bring fresh insights and perspectives. Proven track record of developing campaigns to increase awareness; promote events; highlight industry developments; and growing followers, reach, impressions, and engagement. Extensive experience working in conjunction with various stakeholders towards common goals.
